"Ethan Mitchell, you cant do this!" Sarah Thompson clutched her stomach, retreating step by step, her eyes filled with desperate despair. "This is your own flesh and blood!"

"Ha... my flesh and blood?" Ethan took a step forward, a mocking smile playing on his lips. "All of this is what you should repay."

"Its not like that, I didnt cause Emilys death, why dont you believe me?" Sarahs eyes were red, but she couldnt squeeze out a tear. Facing this ruthless man, she had already cried herself dry.

"You can struggle all you want today, but this child will be dissected and its heart donated for Emilys childs transplant."

His voice was calm and detached, as if he was talking about the most natural thing in the world, without a hint of guilt or reluctance on his face.

Sarah heard her heart shatter, and more so, the mockery and self-derision from the depths of her soul for everything she had done!

This was the man she had loved for ten years!

Ten years! How many reckless, desperate things she had done for him over these years.

Didnt those past memories, those moments, have any weight in his heart?

He was actually cruel enough to kill her child with his own hands!

"This is your child, its our crystallization, how can you be so cruel!" Sarah still couldnt believe that Ethan could become so cold and ruthless.

Even a tiger doesnt eat its cubs; this was his own flesh and blood!

Sarah looked at him with her eyes wide open, her eyes filled with hope.

She hoped he would take back those vicious words, hoped he would remember the past, all the reckless things she had done for him like a moth to a flame!

However, the mans actions disappointed her again.

Even more, he plunged her hope into an abyss.

Ethan threw a paternity test in her face: "Ha... our child, then please take a good look, Miss Thompson, whose child it really is!"

Sarah was stunned by the file hitting her forehead, and before she could react, the document fell at her feet.

"Youre quite the actress; everything youve done is truly disgusting!" Ethan gritted his teeth, his hand tightly clenched, his forehead veins bulging with anger.

Sarah held her stomach, squatting down with difficulty to pick up the document and open it.

The document clearly stated that the fetal DNA test had only a few percentage points of match with Ethans DNA!

"Impossible, this cant be true! Listen to me..." Sarah dropped the document, shaking her head and begging to explain.

"Now, it doesnt matter whether its true or not, this child will become the redemption for Emilys child, and whose flesh and blood it is, is the same to me."

Ethan approached her step by step, the smile on his lips like Satan coming out of hell, beautiful and deadly!

"You cant do this, I wont allow you to hurt my child!" Sarah shook her head, her eight-month pregnant body already robbed of all agility and lightness.

Trying to get past Ethan and escape out the door was as difficult as ascending to the heavens.

"You have no choice, you must pay the price for what youve done."

The cold and heartless words threw her into an abyss of deep despair.

She was forcibly taken to the secret lab, where the cold and ruthless handcuffs shattered her last hope.
