The door was kicked open, followed by a shocked voice, "Hilda Parker, you cant!"
Before Raymond walked out of the hospital, he always felt uneasy in his heart as if something bad would happen soon. Then he directly walked to Hildas room.
What did he see when he opened the door?
He saw Hilda aiming the knife at her heart! And he couldnt even breathe at that moment!
Raymond exclaimed, hoping that she could stop by his voice but Hilda looked like she heard nothing. Her eyes were dull and her hand was aiming at her chest with the knife.
It was so quiet that Raymond could hear the knife stabbing into her body.
He felt he was stabbed by that knife and his heart ached so badly.
It seemed that Hilda couldnt feel the pain and he kept repeating her movement.
"Hilda!" Raymonds eyes were extremely red and he said, "I told you you couldnt die without my permission!"
Hilda, with a bloodless face, stared at Raymond with fury. She was clear that the reason why he was so excited was that Karens heart was in her body. She was also clear that in his eyes, she meant nothing to him.
Raymond pulled her closer to him and threw the knife in her hand away. He trembly covered her heart with his hands and said with a cold but also trembling voice, "Get someone here!"
Raymond himself didnt notice that he cared much about Hilda.
Hilda was calmly looking at Raymonds reaction and suddenly she laughed.
"Raymond, I will not kill myself...Before the truth was revealed and my innocence was cleared, I will not die!" Hilda just wanted to see if the heart in her body was Karens.
Hilda clearly remembered before her surgery, she read the donation letter and it was not Karens name on it.
Raymonds fast-beating heart finally turned calm and the deep anxiety and unease in his eyes disappeared.
When the medical staff came in and saw Hilda was bleeding nonstop, they gasped.
They were even quite confused.
Edgar frowned and took a step forward. He pushed Raymond away and said with a cold voice, "Mr. Morris, please wait outside. We are giving first aid to Ms. Parker."
Raymond didnt stay in the room anymore and his hand was still bleeding because of holding the knife. A nurse exclaimed at it and asked him to deal with his injury first but Raymond ignored her and took out his cell phone, calling his assistant.
When his assistant Will Brown picked up his bosss phone, he received a task to investigate Hilda.
Will was a bit confused but asked, "Yes, Boss. What information do you especially want?"
"About ten years ago..." Raymond pinched his nose bridge in a headache, "I need you to get every detail of what she had done and what person she had met."
Will could sense that Raymond was a bit unstable in his emotions so Will said, "Yes, I will look into it right away."
"I will give you a week..." Raymond frowned but he thought it would be very tough to find out the details about Hilda ten years ago so he said, "No, I give you two weeks. After two weeks, I need a report from you placed on my desk."
Then Raymond hung up the phone.
But after a while, his hand holding the phone was still trembling.
Raymond didnt know what he was afraid of. But he was clear that when Hilda stabbed the knife into herself with a dull face, his heart was about to break into pieces.
