"Honey, are you getting close to heading back to your house?" On the other end of the line, I inquired with a great deal of enthusiasm.
In the second line, she responded, which caused my pulse to speed up, "Not yet, love, I'm in the middle of our mission," but she promised that as soon as this mission was finished, she would go home right away. I have a premonition that something bad is going to take place.
Because I was so angry, I pounded my fist on the table.
"Damn! You are in the midst of your mission, and you still have the nerve to call? Mirana, I can't take it any longer that whenever you go on your assignment, I can't help but worry about what might happen to you. I am of the opinion that it would be beneficial for both us and you to leave your current agency. I'm concerned about you, especially because you're right in the thick of things with your mission right now "I shouted, and it seemed as though the other line had taken her by surprise.
"Take it easy, my darling. I wanted to talk to you because I had missed you, but I don't see why you want me to quit my job when you're not even going to quit yours."
"Mirana, I'd like us to live a normal life. After we're married, we're going to immediately launch our own company "I stated in an even tone.
"Oh, that's lovely, sweetheart, we'll have our wait, did I hear that correctly? we'll be having our What happens after we are married?" She inquired with great zeal.
"Is it really too soon to start dinner? Do you still intend to marry my sister?" I questioned, apprehension creeping into my voice.
She did not provide a response.
"Mirana, are you still in that place?"
She spoke in a trembling voice as she explained, "Y-yes, love, I'm here to—of course, I want to marry you." Why do I get the feeling that something unfortunate is going to take place in the near future?
I merely let out a sigh of contentment.
"Mirana, I adore you with all of my heart. I adore you with all my heart, "I meant it completely when I said it.
"Ada-"
Her conversation was abruptly ended by a loud blast, which was then followed by several bullets.
Hearing those on the second line gave me a feeling of unease. My entire universe has stopped suddenly, and I am unable to articulate a single thought at this moment.
"Mirana! Mirana! What exactly is taking place at that location? Is there any cause for concern in the outside world? Please get back to me, Mirana!"
After that, there was a disruption in the queue.
"Mirana! Mirana! Mirana!"
