The September nights had already carried a hint of chill.
Under the dim streetlight, a long shadow approached from a distance. Lucy Stone, wearing a sleeveless white dress, headed towards the open-air parking lot after work, her silhouette appearing lonely and desolate.
"Ah, William, dont do this, someone might see..." A womans soft shout rang in her ears.
Lucy paused, William? Was it her husband, William Taylor?
She looked up and followed the sound. A red Maserati sports car was parked on the edge of the parking lot, looking unusually seductive under the dim light.
Lucy stiffened, feeling as if all the blood in her body was flowing backward, constantly pounding her head, making her almost unable to stand, and her vision darkened.
For Lucy, this car was extremely familiar because it was the wedding car William used to marry her three years ago...
At this moment, the car body gently swayed.
Lucy looked at this dazzling scene, her eyes slightly red.
She had always known about Williams playboy reputation and that he was the Nightclub Prince of New York City, but she never thought she would witness it one day!
Seeing him in the wedding car that was used to marry her, messing around with another woman!
Lucy felt as if she had a bone stuck in her throat, and even the autumn night was unusually cold, making her shiver uncontrollably, her whole body ice-cold.
"William, someone has been watching us..." The woman in the car seemed to have noticed the person outside the car.
William then looked up, straight at Lucy, and snorted, "Why care about her, lets continue!"
After speaking, his hand directly reached inside her clothes, while at the same time, he looked at Lucy provocatively and said, "Whats wrong? Dont you want to try it in the car?"
"Sorry, the car is too dirty, Im not interested!" Lucy said, each word like digging her heart out.
"Oh? You think the car is dirty? Thats great!" William chuckled, then looked at the woman in his arms and said, "The car is yours now, you wont dislike it, will you?"
"No, no, I will never dislike it. William, thank you, you are so generous!" The woman in the car cheered, this sports car was worth tens of millions, and now it was hers.
She was so excited that she directly pounced on William and kissed him on the cheek twice.
William naturally hugged her waist and pressed on.
Lucy clenched her fists, slowly raised a hand to cover her chest, and her slightly red eyes refused to shed tears.
Her heart ached so much that she could hardly breathe...
It was clear that everything here made her feel suffocated, making her want to run away quickly, but she couldnt move...
As if taking a step would step on a knife tip, leaving a blood print with each step.
Unable to bear it, Lucy simply opened the car door and looked directly at the two people inside: "Get out of the car, William, dont you have anything to explain to me?"
William stopped and turned to look at her, his gaze cold: "Explain? What qualifications do you have to let me explain to you? How did our marriage come about, have you forgotten? If it werent for you to use Rains life to threaten, would this position be yours?"
"But even so, we have been married for three years, havent we? In these three years, cant you think for me? Even pretending for a while would be good!" Lucy trembled slightly, asking emotionally.
William was about to answer when a ringtone sounded, he pushed away the woman on his body, put the phone to his ear, and his originally cold expression slowly turned to joy: "Rain, youre back?!"
