My name is Summer Leung, and Ive been married to my husband Ben Zhang for a year, yet weve never shared a bed. Throughout this year, hes sought medical help to cure his private ailment, hoping to give me a true wedding night.

"Honey, lets have some wine to set the mood," he averts his gaze, walking to the dining table to pour two glasses of red wine.

I walk up to him with a blush, wrapping my arms around him from behind.

We clink our glasses and drain the red wine in one go.

The wine barely touches my stomach when I feel an intense heat throughout my body.

It seems my best friend Ying Chen was right; alcohol is the best catalyst.

"Honey..." I lick my slightly damp lips, looking at him with desire in my eyes.

Ben Zhang gently caresses my flushed cheeks, not pressing his lips down.

His calmness is unexpected.

"Honey, I have something to tell you," he leads me to the sofa, taking out a document from his bag.

I frown, not understanding what could be more important than becoming one at this moment.

"Mr. Zhao has promised me a promotion and a raise; well be able to buy a house soon," Ben Zhang holds my hand, his words measured, "but he wants you to have dinner with him, and Ill pick you up in the morning."

"Is this the surprise you have for me on our anniversary?" I ask, my voice trembling.

Ben Zhangs brows flicker with a hint of struggle, but it quickly turns into determination.

"Honey, for our big house, youll have to endure one night..." he says.

I yank my hand out of his palm, my whole body shaking.

"You know Im your wife too, how can you push me towards another man!"

Im so angry, I raise my hand to slap him, only to find an inexplicable heat in my body, devouring my strength.

Looking at Ben Zhangs dark eyes, I recall the red wine we just had, and my heart turns cold.

"The wine you just served..." A strong sense of dizziness is assaulting my brain, and my legs are so weak I can hardly stand.

Ben Zhang says nothing, just drapes a coat over me and carries me out to the car.

Hotel room.

"Mr. Zhao, Ive brought her to you," Ben Zhang pushes me into the arms of the portly Mr. Zhao, and takes off my coat.

My nearly transparent nightgown is exposed to Mr. Zhaos gaze.

"Heh... Little Zhang is indeed wise, Ill have the finance department allocate funds for you tomorrow, hurry up and pay the down payment for that house!"

Mr. Zhaos fat hand rests on my waist, the touch of a strange man makes me shudder.

"Summer, entertain Mr. Zhao well," Ben Zhang gives me one last deep look, ignoring my desperate plea, and turns to leave.

My heart is torn, tears streaming down my face.

Mr. Zhao pushes me onto the bed, his greedy eyes violating me through the gossamer fabric.

"Other mens wives are so enchanting," he pinches me hard, "I hope Mr. Yan will be satisfied with this gift tonight."

Im dazed, faintly seeing Mr. Zhao leave the room.

Heavy footsteps stop beside the bed, and a few seconds later, the sound of a belt hitting the floor.

I have no strength to open my eyes, I want to ask who it is, but the person has already pressed down on me.
